The degree of crystallization (percentage of volume ordered volume) is strongly influenced by the intermolecular forces and the topology of the chains. Branched or networked polymers show a very low of crystallinity. Increased crystallinity show a better mechanical stiffness and a higher melting temperatures. | ||
